As a medical provider are you interested in increasing your cash flow? Would you like to do away with the burden of filling out paperwork and the expense of mailing your paper claims? Then now may be the time to consider filing your Medicaid claims electronically.

A HIPAA compliant Direct Data Entry (Ky HealthNet) web browser process to facilitate the electronic submission of your claims.

Only approved Kentucky Medicaid Providers are authorized to use the DDE web browser process for the following:

  • Submit Professional, Institutional, and Dental electronic claims transactions
  • Submit claims status request transactions
  • Submit Eligibility Benefit Request transactions, and
  • Upload and download files to and from Kentucky Medicaid.
