Example Searches for Professionals

Below are listed some example searches to help individuals use the directory.

Example 1. Search for a individual physician(s) by zip code.

For the Provider Type select “PHYSICIAN INDIVDUAL” from the drop down box. Then enter “40601” for the zip code and click “Search.”

Example 1 Result: Individual should be able to sort by name and specialty to find a specific professional they are seeking.

Example 2: Search for a provider by county, type and specialty

For the Provider Type, select “PHYISICAN INDIVIDUAL”. For the Specialty, select “CARDIOLOGIST”. For the County, select “FAYETTE” and click “Search.”

Example 2 Result: Individual should be able to sort by name to find the specific doctor they are seeking. Note: If you do not find the doctor you are looking for, try your search again without selecting the specialty.

Example 3: Search for a KenPAC provider only by zip code and distance.

Check the KenPAC Only? Box. Enter “40601” in the zip code field. Select “20 Miles” from the Distance drop down box and click “Search.”

Example 3 Result: Individual should be able to sort by name and specialty to find the specific KenPAC provider they are seeking.
