who are enrolled in KY Medicaid. With
some exceptions, the majority of these healthcare professionals agree to accept
assignment on Medicaid claims for covered services and supplies. However, some healthcare professionals may
not be accepting new patients at this time. Please contact the healthcare
professional you are interested in to see if they are accepting new patients.
Participating providers means
that the healthcare professional agrees to accept Medicaid’s approved amount as
payment in full. You pay your share of
the cost (deductibles and coinsurance if applicable) and Medicaid pays its
share to the healthcare professional.
Healthcare Professionals
may be listed under their name as accepting mandatory assignment, and also
belong to a clinic or group that doesn't accept assignment. If the healthcare professional sees you at
the clinic or group that doesn't participate, you may be charged more than if
you see the healthcare professional at his or her private office or at a
participating clinic or group.

All the providers listed in
this directory are currently enrolled as KY Medicaid Providers. This directory contains addresses for
healthcare professional offices. We have
made every effort to ensure the information is up-to-date. However, it would be in your best interest to
verify the address when you call the healthcare professional to make an
appointment.
This directory doesn't
include providers who are not enrolled as a valid KY Medicaid provider.
